Please call us at 408-297-4899 to schedule your appointment. We ask that all services be guaranteed against late cancellations or no shows with a Visa, Master Card,  or Gift Certificate.

Client Referrals

We appreciate your referrals, they are the greatest compliment we could ask for! Each referral credits you with $10 spa dollars.

Spa Cancellation Policy

Our clients have busy lives, so our cancellation/reschedule policy is designed to give you maximum flexibility. We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for cancellation or rescheduling of appointments so that we are able to fill vacated slots. If you cancel late and we are able to fill those slots, no charge will be made.

Should we not be able to fill those slots, 50% of the service fee will be charged. No shows without notice will be charged full service fee.

Special Considerations

  • Please try to allow at least one hour between your last meal and treatment, and avoid consuming alcohol prior to a massage, body, or steam service.
  • We do run on time as a courtesy to all of our clients. Plan to check in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This ensures the full service time for your treatment and allows you to enjoy a complementary beverage. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your appointment.

  • We apologize, we cannot accommodate children unless they are having spa services.
